We require a minimum event total of $_____ in order to book catering services. This ensures we can properly staff, prepare, and deliver the quality experience Tula’s is known for.
Our cancellation policy depends on how close we are to your event date. If you need to cancel, please reach out as soon as possible. A cancellation fee of $_____ may apply for events canceled within _____ days of the scheduled date.
Once your menu is finalized, we’ll send an invoice via Square. A 50% deposit is due upon receipt to secure your date, and the remaining balance is due at the conclusion of your event. The invoice is based on your estimated guest count, which can be adjusted up to two weeks prior to the event.
Travel fees may apply depending on how far your event is from our location. We'll confirm any additional costs during the booking process.
Labor costs are based on the size and style of your event. For events under 50 guests, chef and sous chef fees start at $300 and $150, respectively. For 100 guests, fees are $600 and $300, and for 150 guests, $900 and $500. Drop-off service in disposable chafers is also available for an additional $75. If your event is small, we may only charge the chef fee to cover prep and service time. Server staff can be added for $200 per server.
Nope! We only require a 50% deposit upfront to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due after your event wraps.
